An aviation officers cutlass of 1937year style. Blade length - 25,2 sm; width at bolster 2,0 sm; length with hilt - 39,0 sm; length in scabbard 43,0 sm.

A steel six-sided, double-edged blade. A cross guard with bent towards the blade points in a form of an eagle with emblem at the front side. A pommel is decorated with oak-tree leaves ornament and emblems. A hilt is of plastic imitating ivory, entwisted with wire. A prong of silver bullion is fixated at the hilt. Cast metal silver gilt scabbard with two mounts chiseled by oak-tree leaves. Germany, 30-40-s of the ХХ century. A newly made pommel. The present cutlass is an antique arm and has historical and cultural value.
