The second edition of The Bandit Brothers by A. Pushkin published in his lifetime (of 900 copies). This specimen is complete (16p.), 8vo, uncut. During the poet"s lifetime the edition didn"t get into print, being first brought to market in 1915. Rag paper, УФКНК (UFKNK) watermark, corresponding to that produced in 1822 by the Merchant N.Kuznetsov Uglich Factory and used for the part of the second edition"s copies. 23.5х14 cm., good condition: marginal tears, one stain on title. The edition is of bibliophilic and historical value.
