6 of them are the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic local letters and postal packets prepayed according to a 5 rouble tariff in the period of the reappraisal of stamps printed before. The reappraisal was carried out on the basis that 1rouble=1rouble, 1copeck=1rouble; one of the earliest dates of the new 10 roubles" rate for a simple local letter. The mail item is dated 10/30/1922. Prepayment: 2х1roubles + 2х4copecks (1copeck was reappraised and equated with 1rouble) =10roubles. The tariff officially came into force on 11/01/1922.
