Young Emperor Nikolas II during his visit to France together with French president Fort found the first block into the bridge basement. It was a sign of recognition of Alexander III"s merits in creating French-Russian alliance. Card portfolio is entwisted with atlas ribbon; each page has a top sheet of papyrus. 49,5х34 sm, in a good condition: minor stains at pages and top sheets are wrapped, owner"s signature. portfolio has a historical and collector value.
