The collection included the works of many famous Russian authors: F.Dostoevsky, I.Turgenev, N.Shchedrin, A.Maikov, N.Nekrasov, I.Goncharov, V.Sologub and others. Firstly it was assumed to print the book with illustrations, but then it was decided to publish illustrations in a single book "Art pooling of funds to the benefit of people suffering from hunger". Combined binding: leather spine with gold embossment, calico. 25,5х17 sm, in a good condition: binding rubbings, minor stains at pages, tears at p.202. The book has a collector value.
