The first translation into Russian "Euclidean elements" was made at the time of empress Anna Ioanovna reign by the medicine and translator of Admiralty Ivan Petrovich Satarov. An illustrated book with engraved letters and vignettes, 12 tables on separate plates. Full leather binding with blinds and blind-stamping over spine, ornamented end paper, triple tinted edge. 18,5х15 sm, in a good condition: binding rubbings, minor defects of spine, 1 print is missing, p.99 and 206 are torn. The book is of a collector value. Rather rare.
