Two stamps in each block Soloviev № 403 and № 404. Inscriptions in Russian and French language "People"s Commissariat of connection" in the lower margin. Measurement 165 х 119 mm (in catalogues there are differences concerning card paper sheet size: for example Lyapin"s catalogue 2000 indicates the size as 165 х 110 mm, in Soloviev"s catalogue 2005 - 169 х 119 mm). Minor restoration (the paper of poor quality caused to rust stains at the majority of sheets in the issue). Rarity (the block was issued in 500 samples). The item has a certain collector value.
